The UNIVERSE BIOS requries a 27c1024 type EPROM, simply burn the UNIVERSE BIOS image% a) h0 V3 H3 l+ ?3 v5 p1 g
onto it and then put it in place of the original BIOS on your NeoGeo hardware.
